Our Board of Directors

Pat Larr – President
Pat graduated from Purdue University and spent her entire career working for the USDA NRCS. She retired as a District Conservationist in 2009 and stays busy managing her 250 acre farm in Scott County.
Pat is one of the GRCLT Founders.
Jerry Roach – Vice-President
Jerry is a graduate of Ball State University and spent his career in various positions with USDA NRCS, retiring in 2020 as Assistant State Conservationist for Programs. He especially enjoys hunting and skeet shooting.


Tami Kruer – Secretary/Treasurer
Tami is an educator by training and has served as Executive Director of the Clark County Soil & Water Conservation District for nearly 30 years. She especially loves being a grandmother.
Tami is one of the GRCLT Founders.
Tom Burkhart
Tom is a retired cabinet maker and small business owner. He enjoys managing his farm in Clark County and especially enjoys Bluegrass music.


Jim Heitkamper
Jim is a farmer, carpenter, and retired Harrison County Commissioner. His passion for farmland protection helped develop an outstanding program in Harrison County.
Jim is one of the GRCLT Founders.
Michael Louden
After having spent many summers in Harrison County visiting the farm owned by his grandparents, and then his parents Michael retired and moved there to maintain his family farm and legacy.
